The article had a lot of interesting points concerning different way in which gender equality is valuable for both male and females.
The ability to work and have a toally balanced work environment and equality of responsibilities in every area pertaining to life skills, along with better human relations in the family and the overall wellbeing of mental health and serenity.
The article also covered how the prospect of overcoming poverty and the more flexible employment schedules, there is also a higher level of education & resources in the local community. It was interesting to read how once gender equality is established the value of being independent wasn't completely thought through. Men and Women with the possibility of being treated equally and men having to lose a bit of authority to women and basically pertaining to levels of employment. I have heard several times that anything a man can do a woman can do better. But there isn't anything wrong with equality especially when there are so many women and men that are single parents having to play dual roles.
